How do I connect Trimoji with my ATS?

Simple. You request it by instant messaging from your Trimoji platform.
If your ATS is already a partner, the integration takes less than 2 weeks.
If your ATS is not yet a partner and we have customers in common, then we will evaluate the integration between our solutions within 4 weeks.
Finally, if your ATS and Trimoji have no customer in common and you are the first, then the integration will be launched if and only if your Trimoji subscription exceeds 2 accounts (1 year commitment) on the offer tranquility.

What payment methods can I use?

You can use a Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit card OR make your payment by SEPA direct debit by entering your bank account information directly into our secure platform.

Can I suspend my subscription?

Yes, if you benefit from a monthly subscription without commitment. In this case, all you have to do is suspend the automatic renewal of your account before the automatic renewal date.

Subscriptions with a 12-month commitment cannot be suspended.

What do you do with the data?

When your subscription is deactivated you no longer have access to past analyses.

Once your account is reactivated, you will regain access to all the results of your contacts.
